Schimbul cultural „Zilele Prieteniei” este un eveniment important pentru ansamblul folcloric Doinita si presupune ca, in fiecare an, sa se organizeze un schimb cultural intre ansamblul Doinita si un ansamblu folcloric din tara. Dupa ce am avut invitati ansambluri precum Junii Brasovului (Brasov), Martisorul (Cluj-Napoca), Doina Carpatilor (Iasi), Doina Timisului (Timisoara) sau Sinca Noua (Sinca Noua), anul acesta am invitat ansamblul folcloric Romanasul al Universitatii Tehnice din Cluj-Napoca.

 

It was pure luck that this year we hosted the festival in december, so that we had 3 authentic Christmas traditions on stage: Mosii si Butucarii (Old men and the Choppers) - mask traditions from Maramures, Pitaraii (Carols performers) - tradition from Gorj, Oltenia region and Masks from Moldova - Moldavian tradition from Asau, Bacau.

 

The show ended with the hora of friendship, performed on the stage by both folk groups together, to mark the ending of the show.
